i work with people in 6-12 month intervals up to 2 years. we'll have weekly or bi-weekly 1-on-1 coaching sessions, and i'm fast at answering questions over text/email.

format and expectations

we'll have an introductory call to discuss your goals and determine if if it's a potential match. most people will talk with 3-4 different coaches to determine fit. 

if we decide to work together, we'll agree on a coaching package that aligns with your needs. the agreement and multi-month period are to set expectations and provide a regular check-in point, but know i'm committed to your long-term success.

we'll start with weekly calls following this rough format, and adapt as we build our working relationship:

  • 5m - top win for the week
  • 10m - reflect on the past week (progress, challenges, insights)
  • 20m - discuss things that are top of mind and an immediate priority
  • 20m - explore long-term future growth opportunities
  • 5m - define action items and next steps for the coming week

out of session, i am available for check ins, accountability, and feedback, which is uncommon in most coaching. i care about a great growth experience for you.

  • emerging leader (2-5 years): $1500/month
  • recent grad (<2 years): sliding scale based on income
